Why It Matters

Do Not Launch on a Guess

A boat that sat all winter needs a real, hands on look before it goes back in the water. Fuel breaks down, batteries lose charge, and seals dry out even in a boat that was stored the right way. Our technicians go through the fuel system, battery, steering, safety gear and more before your boat ever leaves our shop.

We are factory trained on the brands we sell and service, including Yamaha, Skeeter, G3, Avalon, SunCatcher and Paddle King, and we honor all manufacturer warranty work and favor any recalls that come up during an inspection.

What A Visit Covers

A Straightforward Pre Season Checklist

A spring prep visit typically works through the boat top to bottom, so any issue surfaces in our shop instead of on your first trip out.

  • Fuel system checked, with old or stale fuel addressed and filters inspected
  • Battery tested, charged and terminals checked for corrosion
  • Engine fluids checked and topped off or changed as needed
  • Belts, hoses and clamps inspected for cracking or wear
  • Steering, controls and electrical connections tested
  • Safety equipment checked, including lights, horn and fire extinguisher
  • Trailer tires, bearings and lights checked before your first tow to the ramp
  • A water test to confirm everything runs correctly before pickup
